Event Description:WELCOME TO THE FOURTH ANNUAL HARTFORD AREA BURGER BATTLE CHALLENGE!
Hartford area restaurants Main Street Humboldt Bar, Big J's Roadhouse, The GOAT, Dugout Sports Bar & Grill, Buffalo Ridge Brewing and the Hartford Steak Co. Tavern are facing off all January! They are going head to head to prove to you that they have the best burger in 2022! BUT WAIT, it gets even better! YOU get to be the judge.Here’s how it works:• Visit the participating restaurants and try their special burger• The restaurant will give you a score card. Fill it out and judge the burger on the listed categories.• Post a picture of your burger on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and tag #HartfordBurgerBattle to enter into the weekly drawing for $25 Hartford Bucks!• At the end of January, the burger with the highest average score wins claim to the “Best Burger in the Hartford Area”Sponsored by the Hartford Area Chamber of CommerceThe Contestants:Buffalo Ridge Brewing

This burger is taco seasoned hamburger, layered with all of your favorites you would find on nachos! It' a little messy, but OH SO GOOD!

A juicy burger loaded with sweet chili sauce and topped with pizza cheese.

Fireman Burger
Is ½ lb. 80/20 ground chuck, seasoned and hand pattied, seasoned with Cajun blend, topped with pepper jack cheese and jalapeno infused bacon, then topped with fried pickles, served on an egg bun, sauced with house made remoulade sauce.Hartford Steak Co. Tavern
Bucking Bronco Burger
This is our in-house fresh ground patty, topped with our slow roasted shredded prime rib, melted together with pepper jack cheese, all smothered in a homemade sweet and tangy sauce, topped with fried onion. Served to you on a brioche bun with lettuce.

Dugout, an all-beef pattie with an egg in the center (there will be a hole in the bun for the egg) grilled onions, bacon, Pepper Jack cheese and a special sauce.
